'Mushy tears a lot his little face is always wet which I'm constantly drying otherwise he smells bad, it's like a grey mucus. I saw a lot of vets but none comes with a solution for his eyes he even had eye Surgery to remove the ingrown eye lashes from his inner eyelid.

Sorry to hear that Mushy's been going through this. I am sure it is getting frustrating. Chronic tearing is not a very common condition. If it hasn't been done yet, make sure the next vet you see performs a Schirmer Tear Test to determine how much tears are being produced. They will be able to quantify overproduction if this is the case. If over production of the tears is present and the surgery of ingrown hair removal was not successful in resolving the issue, you may also want to consider visiting with a veterinary ophthalmologist. These are vets that have been specially trained for several years and practice only on eyes. The best way to find one closest to you would be by looking on the DACVO website.
