Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 7 lbs
I have a 15 year old cat, she has high blood pressure, renal failure (early), a heart murmur. She takes amodip and beneforntin. She has had blood in her faeces quite a lot, where our vet diagnosed colitis 2/3 times. Mainly on a fish flavour wet food diet. Changed recently to meat flavour dry food diet. She seems to be depressed and withdrawn will this be due to what's wrong with her or something else? Thank you.

It is difficult to tell for sure without checking her over. It could be that her colitis is making her feel run down or it could be a slight worsening of one of her other conditions. I would recommend to keep an eye on how much she is drinking and how is her appetite and if she is having any vomiting. If she is just a little lethargic, I would book her in for a check up with your vet in the morning. Whilst if she is vomiting orhaving more diarrhoea than usual, I would recommend an earlier check up.
