Why does my 10-week-old kitten have small pimples on its skin?

Hi. My daughters kitten (10 weeks old) has a few small pimples on skin (about five). Wondering what they could be? Many thanks. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | 4 months and 12 days old
