Why is my dog confused, can't stand, and seizing on phenobarbital?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | 3 years and 4 months old | 78.65 lbs

My dog usually have seizures and has been on phenobarbital for two weeks.he seem to have adjusted to the drug..i. e the wobbling stopped but since yesterday he has been unable to stand, walk, he is confused and it is like he is having minor seizures every 1min. I

It's overall a very bad sign, it's either related to the primary condition causing seizures or to the medication that can potentially cause liver damage. you need to take him to the vet urgently, they will need to take bloods and run a blood test, after the result they will need to reassess the course of treatment, maybe they will change the drug or add an additional one for Troy.
