My dog is lethargic, whimpering, and squinting. Is he in pain?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 1 year and 2 months old | 20.08 lbs

Acting lethargic. Sleeping all day. Only gets up to follow us. Doesn't really want to play. Randomly starts crying. This afternoon he screamed and tonight he is whimpering. We got him to eat some food and drink some water. When he breathes, he squints his eyes. We have 3 dogs boarding with us. Could it be that they hurt him?

Hello. It sounds like Boo is in a lot of pain. It is impossible to tell where the pain is coming from without examining him but what you are describing is a very painful dog. I would get him to a vet ASAP. He could have a sore or broken bone or could have a sore gut. Your vet will do a full exam and then suggest different options. Good luck with Boo.
