Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | spayed | 2 years and 9 months old | 15 lbs
My 3 yr old female chihuahua has a couple of bumps. One is on her left shoulder and the other is near her right hip. They are on her skin and look like moles. The one on her hip has been there for a year or more and hasn't changed in size. I just recently discovered the one on her shoulder and it is smaller than the one on her hip. The bigger of the two is smaller than a pea. Is this something that I should be concerned with?

It is impossible to say definitively thwt the lumps are benign without examining and aspirating the masses. If we obtain cells from the lump and they are non-cancerous, I would not be concerned. However, even benign lumps can cause issues if they become ulcerated or continue to grow. Discuss removal vs. aspirated with your veterinarian.
