My dog has flies after bath. Ear infection or needs another bath?

I bathed Mike 10 days ago. Again the fruit flies have started to surround him. Does he need a bath so fast or is it for his ear infection's substance? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 3 months old

Mike doesn't need more than one bath per month, the flies might be due to an infection of the skin/ears but the hot weather in India can also be the direct cause of the flies. Seresto collar which is a protection collar against fleas and ticks also works well repelling flies, you might want to consider this option.
