My dog has runny diarrhea. Should I wait or take her to the vet now?

Hello, my dog has been having runny diarrhea since this morning, it started out watery but is now getting some color, I've started a rice fast about 6 hours ago. Should I wait it out a few days and see if she gets better or do I need to bring her in right away?

She might have eaten something spoiled that is causing this. withhold food for 12 hours then offer her boiled boneless chicken and rice every 6 hours in small portions. if she is eating and not vomiting, continue with this diet for 2 days. After 2 days, you can put her back gradually on her normal food. If the diarrhea does not stop, take her to the vet to get treatment.
