If Dots is vomiting, losing weight and not eating, he needs to be evaluated by a veterinarian as soon as possible. The veterinarian will likely recommend bloodwork and x-rays to start. Possible causes for his symptoms include an intestinal obstruction, inflammatory bowel disease, infection, liver disease or even cancer.
