My cat stopped eating, losing weight, and acting sick. What's wrong?

Please I need to know what could be wrong with my cat. She stopped eating for about 2 days becoming incresingly thinner and she doesn't act like her usual self. Could it a sickness that life ending? or Worm? Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | unspayed
