Dwarf hamster jumped on candle, has wax on face. What should I do?

I have a strange question. I have a dwarf hamster and was holding him and he jumped out of my hands and landed on a candle. This happened about 2 hours ago. He has wax on is face so he has been picking that off but otherwise seems ok. I am wondering if you can help? Pet's info: Other | Unknown - Other | Male | unneutered

If he seems okay otherwise and was not burned, I would suggest keeping an eye on him and helping him get the wax off his face. I also recommend not letting him ingest the wax as it may contain chemicals that could be harmful to him.
