My guinea pig has worms, can't afford vet care. What are my options?

My guinea pig has worms. Long brown ones coming out of their butt. I can't afford a get visit , what's the second best option I can do for my babies? Even if it means giving them to a shelter. Pet's info: Other | Unknown - Other | Female
