Why is my Frenchie lethargic, in pain, and walking in circles?

Hiii doc!!! My frenchie bosco keeps acting lethargic, acting sluggish and started screaming in pain and he started to walk in circle but he's been eating and drinking well...what can it be?? I'm gonna take him to emergency vet but wanted some input about what can it be?? Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | neutered | 1 year and 9 months old

I'm sorry bosco is so uncomfortable!! Frenchies are very prone to neck and back pain and this may be what is going on. Bringing him to the vet is absolutely the right thing to do. They will be able to see if he is indeed painful and get him the medication he needs to be more comfortable.
