My dog is vomiting, has diarrhea, and I suspect poisoning. What to do?

My dog is a small Yorkie breed. She's been sick the past couple days. She's been throwing up and having diarrhea. It's looking like it hurts her to go #2 because she tries to run. Not trying to go to a vet if it's not that serious but would like to know what I could do? We believe she's been poisoned. Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Female | spayed

First of all, if you believe she has been poisoned, you need to take her to the vet urgently regardless of the severity of the symptoms. to help with the diarrhea you can switch her diet to boiled chicken and rice for a couple days. if she is not eating, do not wait and take her to the vet right away.
