My dog has a dry nose and is acting lazy. Should I be worried?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 8 lbs

My dogs nose has been a bit dry. However she's still eating the same, drinking the same and using the bathroom the same. She has been a bit lazy but that's about it I did however recently change her food and water bowl to plastic. Should I be worried?

A dry nose is by no mean an indication for disease in dogs (unlike common belief), being lazy on the other hand could be a sign that something is wrong. if this symptom gets worse or doesn't get better- take Cookie to the vet for a checkup.
