My dog has floppy ears. On the back of one ear, kinda behind her ear. A pea size hard knot. Like a pimple on a human but it's solid, hard? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 5 years old | 75 lbs

Hi! That can be an abscess (collection of pus inside, pretty similar to a pimple) or it can be other skin related issue. Keep your eyes if it's painful, hard and If it is growing. Try to find any other similar wound in other parts of the body. I recommended take to your vet, so they can have a good look, clip and clean. Your dog may need some antibiotic, or it might goes off by its own. Good luck! Remember, If its growing, just take to your vet.
