My dog has a light, raised spot above his eye. What should I do?

Hi so yesterday I noticed that above the right eyes there is something there. It is a lighish color and it is on the on the skin above the right eye. I don't think it causes him discomfort but I think that he was trying to scratch it later with his paw, I think. It is about 1/8 of an inch in size and slightly raised off of the skin. What could this be? What do I do about this? Thank You

Hello. From this picture that could be a small scar, could be a small bit of hair loss from many causes (scratching, infection, etc), could be inflammation of the gland, or could just be a wart or something. I would just keep an eye on it and if it bothers him or grows or changes, or if he starts squinting, to have it seen by a vet. Good luck with him!
