My razorback musk turtle has a yellowish lump on its leg. What is it?

My razorback musk turtle, got it for one and a half weeks or so, still small, has a yellowish white lump on its front leg. Like acne. What is this? Should I be worried? Thanks for your help!

Nice looking turtle! Barry could have a small wound that is trying to heal, like an abscess. I would at this point just monitor the bump and make sure it isn't getting bigger or that more appear. I think there is a good chance it's going to disappear on it own.
