My neighbor stole my pet and is abusing him. How can I get him back?

My neighbors stole him and are abusing him due to a family feud when the police came they hid him and the police didn't have authority to search he's been there 3 days now I can here him screaming over the fence when they beat him how can I get him back the police can't help the rspca won't help please I need Advise desperately. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 1 month old | 78.8 lbs

This is a very difficult situation and without documented proof it would be very difficult for anyone to intervene in this case. IT may help if you could record the episodes you can hear and replay this to your local police officers so they can investigate a breach of animal welfare
