My Pomeranian puppy has zoomies and gets hurt. Is this normal?

I have a teacup Pomeranian and her name is Queen... Sometimes ..she suddenly starts running here and there and starts to run round and jumps from one bed to another and by doing these sometimes she gets hurt too but she doesn't mind and keep running and jumping... What does it mean? Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Female | 9 months and 24 days old | 11.0321 lbs

It sounds like Queen is having some playtime ! It is absolutely normal given her age, as she grows older she will not be doing it so much. It is normal for dogs to play but if they are overexcitable most of the time they need training to help them learn to be calm too.
