I have a 10 month old rat/cha. She has a red bump just above her lip. It doesn't bother her at all. My concern is that it seems to get a little more swollen everyday. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 14 lbs

That looks like a cyst or an abscess. It may be filling with liquid or pus depending on its origin. It may require drainage or to be lanced and drained. A veterinarian will be able to make this determination upon examination. If it is getting larger, even if it is not causing a bother, I would still have it checked some time soon.
