I'm sorry Chloe hasn't been acting herself lately. Without knowing the specific behaviors she is showing, I can't say for certain if it is due to the Sergeants flea and tick squeeze on. I can say that it's not a high quality product, and you will not get the best results with it. I will give you the flea treatment program I recommend, and it contains products I used on my own animals with great success. Because she has been acting strange for the past several days, I would have her seen by a vet first thing in the morning. If she is having convulsions, trembling, not eating, has excessive drooling, and/or is very lethargic than I would not wait until the morning. In this case, I would take her into an ER vet right away; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website. Good luck, I hope this helps! Flea treatment program: First, I would give Chloe Capstar. It's a one time pill that starts killing fleas within 30 minutes. Then follow up with a spot on treatment, such as Advantage or Revolution. This is a treatment that has to be used once a month. You will also have to disinfect the environment. Wash her bedding in hot soapy water, and vacuum the furniture and carpet surfaces. You can use a spray to kill fleas in the house, such as Indorex, or a flea bomb would work well to kill the fleas in the home.
