Why does my dog get zoomies indoors? Is this normal dog behavior?

My dog runs 100mph randomly at least twice a day in the house. Is this normal? Like he becomes superman he jumps higher, hits himself by does not hurt himself, etc. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | neutered | 4 months and 3 days old | 5.2 lbs

Sounds like Papi may have a case of the puppy zoomies. This is totally normal and usually happens when your dog is very excited or happy. Adding in some extra exercise or play time can help, as well as making sure there is a clear path to run around in!
