My dog is lethargic, not eating, and has white poop. Is she anxious?

Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Male | 2 months and 1 day old

As directed i have taken ginny to the vet. He has given her a medical syrup "festive MZ" :OFLOXACIN AND METRONIDAZOLE SUSPENSION". Her eating behavior has changed too ,she isn't eating wet food like yesterday when she was fine. From the research ive done i think it'd a case of anxiety. Her stools look whitish and she is sleeping all the time. Plus she keeps wiggling her head and licking her self excessively. I need experts opinion on this .. Is this anxiety or anything else?

Whitish stool is an indication of a digestion problem and would not generally be related to anxiety; the head bobbing may be related to fever or nausea also. I would be concerned about the lethargy and poor appetite - try offering her warm moist food and also some pedialyte to prevent dehydration. A recheck by your vet should be considered if not improving within 18-24hours
