My cat had her kittens under house this sunday and i want to know how long it will take until she brings them to our door or outside that isnt under the house

Cats like to have their litter in a very quite, safe, out of the way place like under the house. She may never bring them close to the door, and you'll have to wait to see them when they get old enough to start exploring on their own. At 6-8 weeks they need to have vaccinations and deworming even if they stay outdoor kitties.
