My dog has red bumps all over and is throwing up what do I do

Depending on the size, distribution, and appearance of the red bumps they can be a great variety of things. If they have all come about suddenly and are occurring in concert with the vomiting, I would concerned that Mootzie is undergoing an allergic reaction. If the symptoms do not seem to be worsening (no respiratory distress, swelling of the face / lips, etc), you do not need to rush her into the veterinarian tonight for treatment. I would fast her of any food and water for the next 12-18 hours to see if she settles down. If she doesn't or the clinical signs worsen or progress, get her to a hospital as soon as possible.
