My cat had kittens, but they can't nurse. How do I feed them?

I have persian cat day before yestday she gave birth to 3 kitten in which 1 died 2 are alive her nipples are not fully grow new born arw unable to suck the milk please suggest somthing i have attached the pic of mother and babies..please help how i should feed babies how to help mother cat in feeding...

Fizzy and her kittens are lovely! Yes, you will need to feed the kittens if she isn't feeding them properly. You will need to go out and get a kitten formula such as KMR. You can get it at a pet store, vet's clinic, or grocery store. I will put a link below on how to properly care for orphan kittens. Because Fizzy can't properly take care of her kittens, I would have her spayed so that she doesn't get pregnant again and be unable to take care of another litter of kittens. http://www.2ndchance.info/orphankitten.htm
