My puppy drank Pine-Sol mop water. What symptoms should I watch for?

My 6 week old dog drank some of my mop water that has Pine sol . What should I do . She seems fine but would like help knowing symptômes and how long till I no she s ok. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 9 days old | 7.8 lbs

Depending on the dilution, you may see some irritation in and around the mouth as well as vomiting and/or diarrhea. If Nala drank a large quantity, get her to your veterinarian or to the nearest veterinary ER. Either may induce vomiting via injection if indicated. Monitor for lethargy, drooling, pawing at the mouth or GI upset. Symptoms typically develop soon after ingestion.
