My dog just started her heat cycle, I want to use diapers, my only question is, when should she wear them and for how long and when do I change them? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 55 lbs

If you decide to use canine diapers, make sure you change them often (7-8 times a day). A wet or dirty diaper can cause skin irritations and urinary tract infections . If your dog wears diapers day and night, you should wash its genitals three or four times a day .
