My dog ate chicken pie, has diarrhea but is still active. What to do?

Question

Dog ate an entire chicken pie 2days ago. Had diarrhea and vomiting since. But no fever nor change in behaviour. Still wants to eat and play. 10yr old healthy female Collie. Anything more I can do to help? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 45 lbs

Withhold all food for 24 hours. Allow small amounts of water or an unflavored electrolyte replacement fluid. Resume feeding a bland diet in small, frequent amounts until vomiting resolves and the stool is normal. Transition slowly to the regular diet afterwards. See your veterinarian if the vomiting or diarrhea do not resolve or if Willow becomes lethargic, stops eating or exhibits signs of abdominal pain.
