My dog is in extreme pain and can't move. How do I get him to the vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | 50 lbs

Help, my dog is in Extreme pain and cant even get Up. Hes pooped and peed himself and bit me because of all the pain. His back legs arent working and everytime he tries to get Up he starts to try very loudly and bites everything. We cant even carry him to the car because of all the pain hes in.

Oh no, poor Tiger! He does need to see a vet immediately, and I would try sliding a long sheet under him. You can use this as a sling to lift him up and carry him out to the car. Have someone hold his head very carefully as you slide this sheet under him so he doesn't bite you. Carry him out to the car as carefully as possible, and get him into a vet immediately. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website.
