My puppy has raised crusty looking sores on her belly and face. They seemed to appear overnight. She seems fine as she's still playfull and eating and drinking. Do you know what it could be? Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 14 days old | 3 lbs
