My dog a polka dot rash on the inside of his legs near his genitals. Hes not licking it and he doesn't seem to be in any pain. Should I take him to the vet? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 5 years and 4 months old | 69 lbs
