Why is my cat not eating, sick, and still meowing for food?

My cat is getting very fussy with his food and not eating it ( have tried many) and he is regularly sick but constantly meowing for food. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 3 years and 9 months old | 9.03 lbs

Poor Fluffy! There could be a medical reason behind why he isn't eating his food and getting sick, such as dental problems, systemic illness, infection, inflammation, or injury. He needs to see a vet to diagnose what is causing his symptoms so he can be treated. I would take him into a vet asap.
