Senior cat sneezing after basement move. Is it allergies or something else?

Fuzzybugs could be sneezing as a result of airborne irritants, allergies, asthma or the start of an upper respiratory infection. If possible, try removing Fuzzybugs from the basement to another room in the house to monitor if his sneezing continues or resolves. If it continues, he may need to take a trip to the vet, as he may need antibiotics if an infection is present or antihistamines if allergies are suspected. If the sneezing resolves, you can try putting him in the basement again with an air filtration device to try to remove extra airborne allergens. I hope that all goes well!
