My dog has brown streaks in his ears that won't clean off. What is it?

The inner skin of Mike's ears has brown streaks which is not dirt because when I tried to clean it nothing happened. How to clear it? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 3 months old

These brown streaks may be normal pigmentation, which is why it doesn't come off when you try to clean it. If they don't spread and Mike doesn't scratch at his ears a lot, I would not be worried about these brown streaks. Certainly you have them checked out by a vet to be safe and have a definitive diagnosis as to what they are :-)
