Oh no, poor Ezra! This is a medical emergency and he needs veterinary attention now. It's extremely serious he is vomiting blood and bleeding when he urinates. He could have gotten into something toxic such as rat bait poisoning causing his symptoms. This could be fatal without treatment, and there is nothing you can at home for home. He has to see a vet now. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website.

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Shadow. Your question appears to have been cut off. However, from the portion I recieved you report he has vomited and is urinating blood. He will need to see his veterinarian. Blood in the urine can be the result of inflammation, an infection, bladder stones or even a primary bleeding disorder. Based on his exam findings, his veterinarian can make recommendations as far as further diagnostics or treatment that may be necessary. I hope this information helps!

If he cannot urinate then it is a true emergency and he needs to see a vet immediately. You should try to find an after hours or emergency clinic to see him. It does sound like a UTI that has progressed to obstruction of the urinary tract which can lead to kidney failure and death. Start calling clinics and see who they refer to for after hours to get a place to take him as there is nothing you can do at home to help
