My dog delivered puppies, but I feel more lumps. What should I do?

My dog has give birth to 6 healthy puppys and I think there is more inside as I can see and feel big lumps still inside her. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 111 lbs

Congrats on Bobbi's new puppies! If you think that there may still be more puppies inside her it's been more than four hours since the last puppy was born, then I would recommend taking her to the vet right away - she will need x-rays to determine if there are still more puppies or not. If so, she may need an emergency c-section to get them out.
