Doctor my German Shepherd puppy about 5 and half months suddenly vomited after a beef meal in the morning it's not her first time eating beef, but after Vomiting her face got swollen eyes mouth. I took her to a VET she was given some Injections and antihistamines for 4 days now face is ok but I was brushing her I felt her right side end of abdomen is enlarged. She is not very active these days always sleeping and looks very week. Photos are when she was swollen her abdomen images are not clear.

Ouch! That's quite the reaction. If Lisa still isn't acting herself fully, it is best to schedule a recheck with the vet. There may still be some sort of reaction going on from whatever she got into, or it may be that there is some GI upset from eating the meal still causing symptoms. A complete check including possible x-rays and blood work can help you figure out the cause as well as treatment to help get her feeling better.
