My dog walks weird, head tilted. What's wrong? Worried about vet cost.

My dog has started walking weird lately, he acts like he is putting more weight on one side and he doesn't want to turn his head. What could be wrong with him and how can i help? I really dont have enough money right now for cat scans, MRI's or anything like that. Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Schnauzer | Male | neutered
