Why is my African bullfrog lethargic with strange yellow poop?

Hello, I have a African bullfrog that has been acting extremely lethargic lately. He no longer burrows into his substrate and barely moves. He has supplemental heat and his humidity is kept at around 60-70% constantly and has access to spring water. Recently his excrement has been an odd yellowish color and of a extraordinary shape.
