My young sheep has a swollen, watery eye and won't eat. What's wrong?

Hello! My sheep who is just almost 3months old not opening his one eye from this morning and water is coming out from that eye. And now he is not eating much as he usually do. The eyes are slight swelling. Please help me out. Pet's info: Other | Unknown - Other | Male | unneutered

Your sheep probably has an eye infection and needs to be seen by a vet right away so you can get the right eye medications on board. You can gently clean the discharge with a wet, warm cloth, but in order to know if the cornea is damaged your vet needs to stain the eye and do a full ocular exam.
