Poor Bella! Her nasal congestion could be due to infection, allergies, nasal masses (benign or malignant) or foreign material in the nasal passages. One thing that you can try at home is to take Bella into a steamy bathroom for 10-15 minutes twice daily. However, if the nasal discharge continues or is yellow or green, she should be examined by her vet, as this could indicate infection.

It's possible Bella may be having seasonal allergies, or some type of infection. You'll want to visit your local Veterinarian. He she may prescribe and antihistamine or antibiotic depending on Bellas condition.
