What's cheap flea & tick control for feral cats I can't handle?

Question

I tend a feral cat colony.i statred with tnr then dry food twice a day.since neutering they have gotten friendly with me.i worry about ticks and fleas.i live on ssi so cost is an issue,also they are still not going to b that easy to handle.any suggestions? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 7 lbs
