What are small white spots on my cat's ear that don't bother her?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

My cat has these super small white spots on her secondary ear flap. It doesn't seem like there's any fluid in them and it doesn't seem to bother her. What are they?

It's possible they are small cysts. You'll want to keep a close eye on them. If you notice any change at all, in color, size, or tenderness, you'll want to visit your local Veterinarian as soon as possible.
