Trying to figure out what happened don't know if it is a bite or rock or grass irritation.has vet app tommorow.have been doctoring was better but he won't leave it alone. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | unneutered | 14 lbs

Ouch, poor Charlie! I do think having him seen by a vet tomorrow is the best idea. Unfortunately the picture is a little blurry, but the area does look red and possibly swollen.
