Why is my Shih Tzu still sick, can't walk, and has red eyes?

Hello i have a 4 year old shih tzu male he suddenly became sick he had high fever and wounds in his skin i have no idea where it came from and his skin itchs him and i took him to the vet he stayed there for recovery 6 days and he is back at my home now , the vet gave me vitamins to give him and a cream for his wounds, anyways he is still sick now and unable to walk and his eyes are redish can u please help me. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | unneutered | 4 years and 3 months old

Please ocntact your vets office for a recheck or arrange for a second opinion - such severe weakness is very concerning and must be treated by a vet as soon as possible. Blood tests to check for internal medical causes such as liver disease would be recommended at this stage given his lack of recovery
