Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | neutered | 1 year and 2 months old | 10 lbs
I have a one year old male who recently had ringworm and is currently on a two week daily dose of antifungal medicine. The white part of my cats eye is red, and when the third eyelid shows (rarely) it is also red. I noticed grayish discharge one day. And yellow another day. His eyes otherwise look healthy, alert and clear. He does not squint or scratch.

With the redness of his eye plus the discharge and irritated third eyelid, this can be signs of an eye infection. I would have Gatsby seen by a vet as soon as possible for this. The vet can diagnose if he is suffering from an eye infection and can prescribe medication for it. It's very important to have any eye problem checked out promptly because leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. Have Gatsby seen first thing in the morning.
