My pit bull has oozing, bleeding neck spots and hair loss. What is it?

Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 9 months and 1 day old | 60 lbs

My pit bull (about a year) has these oozing spots on underside of his neck. There size of quarters, they bleed easy and hair is falling out. What could this be?

Hello. It is very hard from the picture to determine exactly what is going on, however based on the description, it sounds like Rambo could have a "pyoderma" or "hot spot". It could also be other conditions however a hot spot is most likely in that region. These tend to get much bigger very quickly, and often require medications (antibiotics and pain management) to heal. I recommend having Rambo to the vet to have it checked out.
