My pit bull has oozing, bleeding neck spots and hair loss. What is it?

My pit bull (about a year) has these oozing spots on underside of his neck. There size of quarters, they bleed easy and hair is falling out. What could this be? Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 9 months and 1 day old | 60 lbs

Hello. It is very hard from the picture to determine exactly what is going on, however based on the description, it sounds like Rambo could have a "pyoderma" or "hot spot". It could also be other conditions however a hot spot is most likely in that region. These tend to get much bigger very quickly, and often require medications (antibiotics and pain management) to heal. I recommend having Rambo to the vet to have it checked out.
