sore on my Morkie;s face near her eye, can be caused by allergies? Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Female | unspayed | 7 years and 11 months old | 8 lbs

It looks like she could have a skin infection which could be caused by allergies. Have your vet take a look at it to determine the best way to treat. She may need an oral antibiotic, anti-histamine, and/or a corticosteroid to treat.
